Ans- Bangla Biya is designed to be user friendly and also End to End encrypted. Any member shall see the other members full profile only after buying even the least Premium Package. We assume that no one shall commit fraud after he/she has purchased even the least amount of package.
4) If someone commits fraud even after purchasing any of the packages ?
Ans- Bangla Biya observes the users from the other end of the system and any suspicious or reported account shall be removed by the management. Bangla Biya operates in terms as per the Information & Communication Technology Act, 2006 (Amended in 2009 & 2013). And also operates as per the Digital Security Act, 2018. We believe the users would honour the law of the land and avoid any act which violates any of the said Laws of Bangladesh. Along with that upon non-compliance with our Terms & Conditions any user shall be removed without prior notice.
5) What about users from overseas if they commit fraud ?
Ans- They would be simply removed from the website for the non-compliance of our Terms & Conditions.

6) Is posting my profile picture obligatory ?
Ans- No, it is not obligatory to post your profile picture but if given then it helps build up a good profile and usually becomes very efficient to find matches. Moreover, you can post picture by blurring your image. This is how you could save your privacy and also get the best of the service.
6) On uploading pictures
Ans- It is not obligatory to upload profile picture however, if any user/member found uploading obscene and sexually abusive or vulgar pictures then the email shall be permanently banned and strict legal prosecution may follow along.

7) Can I choose to hide my Father and Mother ?
Ans- Yes, you can choose not to give the said information. If alive then simply type, "Alive", and if passed away then simply type "Late" or "Not Alive"
8) Is filling up the Name of the user is obligatory ?
Ans- No, it is not obligatory but if given then it would be much efficient for the match making purpose.
8A) What to write if a user chose to hide their name ?
Ans- The user may simply write "Tell You Later". (But the name should not be in such a manner that derogates any particular community as such religious, cultural etc. Also it shall not be as such of any slang words verbally used by any particular region or identified or ascertained as a verbally abusive word)
9) Are the users entitled to claim refund and return money after buying any of the packages ?
Ans- No, Bangla Biya doesn't have any procedure for refund or return regarding any payment of packages. The users are advised to be sure before any purchase is being made.
